Just be careful when taking turns to not give it extra gas cause then you will go into a "drift" and start to slide. Then you must counter-steer but only a little because too much can make you slingshot and spin the other way. If you do practice this, obviously just try it in 1st from a very slow speed so if you lose it, you don't go flying into the curb/tree/wall. Preferably a parking lot.
I have summer 285 rear tires and it felt like skating on pure ice when I give it too much gas in a turn. Must feather the throttle.

Straight line fun aint nearly as bad/scary, especially if you have 10+ inch wide rear wheels like I do (i'm guessing yours are only 8 inches wide? That's the first thing i'd upgrade if I have anything near 400 crank hp). In 1st i'm only giving it 50% throttle so keep wheelspin down, maybe around 70% in 2nd, then 100% in 3rd

Wow, there were some tense comments made since I last checked this thread. Personally I think if one has the opportunity to get a 30k+ sports car at any age and it is what they want then they should take it and enjoy it. I have said it already but, very nice car. Don't underestimate it but have fun.

A couple of things...

Haters Gunna Hate.

The raptor is wider by 7 inches each side and the spaces are too small by 2 inches at my school.

And thanks to all the non-haters, ill take it easy on the throttle.

Nevade is in the country of Typo thanks for seeing that

I love it when people ask for opinions, then say "haters gonna hate" when they don't like the opinions they get.

yeah there's a few Raptors at my Uni and those bitches take up the whole parking spot. They always fold their mirrors in too
I couldn't drive a truck that large. Similar to SRT10 trucks. I love the more compact Lightnings though.

Hello MajorVegasV2,

Congratulations on your new Mustang!

My recommendation; enjoy and respect the ride. If you ever have a question, give me a shout out and I'll be more than happy to assist.

Take care!

Noemi
