I would recommend contacting Brenspeed and see if they could be of any help since your tune is from them.

Could be tune related or possibly your O2 sensor is fouled from running too rich. Hell, maybe even just a bad sensor.

That's one of the codes you'll usually get with long-tube headers. Contact Brenspeed about it, as it's taken care of via a tune setting.

I reset the error light and will see if it comes back. i called brenspeed and they recommended switching out the O2 sensor so i'll do that if the code pops up again.

I'm from Florida, not Tn (car is just registered in Tn)

You could swap the sensors from each side to the other, and see if the code changes. That's an economical way of swapping the O2 sensor, to see if it is a problem there.

Do this if it comes back, but when I got that code I had to swap out my sensor.

Some details that i omitted that might actually be helpful:

My car failed emissions testing due to the sensor not returning a signal. when i double checked that i also saw that the fuel management sensor (and another one i'm not remembering) was also not returning a signal.

This is also paired with ( i created a thread a couple months ago) with my car "hesitating" then surging at low RPMs while the car is cool.

it was with this data that Brenspeed recommended just changing the sensor to see if that caused the other sensors to be failing, and also messing with my car while cool.

Well those little details are very critical. Could be a wiring issue with various things on that same circuit. If you spliced maf wires for the IAT, make sure they were done properly and there's no damaged or incorrectly-spliced wires.
But, swapping the sensor would at least tell you if the sensor was bad; the code will probably stay on that same side, indicating a wiring issue.
