I Feel dumb..

I would return them to best buy just because it's best buy. They overcharge. $80 for an 8 gauge amp kit is way too expensive, but I could be bitter because they never hired me for car install. As for them not working, I'd double check that you have a good ground. It could be something as simple as that.

My twin 12"s push both bass and treble - so I can play hard core dubstep or Beethoven and it sounds immaculate. Strangely enough... I play more Beethoven, Liszt, and Wagner than normal music...

i have a thread about a kicker 12" sub...its called "subs" haha. Anyways I looked at the two 12 inch kicker in best buy and didn't get it because it was too expensive. I just went on ebay and got a single 12" kicker sub for 110 and had a shop install the amp and hook everything up with two new rear speakers also. I think you should return the two and just find a single kicker, im satisfied with mine.

Check out the enclosures offered by www.zenclosures.com I have one for my 2-10"s and it fits perfect and looks great. He also makes on for the single sub to mount on the right side of the trunk.

Actually the hole where the back she seats are laid down is actually smaller than trunk...12" hole. Whereas the trunk is much bigger.
I returned the subs, and got a single 10" Square Kicker Solobaric...it sounds nasty.
in a good way.
