Default Can't decide

Ok guys, I thought I finally decided what I wanted to get; a gold 2012 manual base with 18" wheels and the 3.31 gears. But after looking at Ford's site, I couldn't find the gold color as an option. I'm also not sure you can get the 18's without going premium? After some searching, The gray in premium or MCA looks pretty good too and also the dark blue and dark red. I originally wanted to get black for my next car, but that seems to be the most common color on the newer stangs. But then again, I could always do the blackout treatment later and that would be a little unique.

But after some research, I'm really liking the '13 updates such as front end, HID's and 4.2" screen. The downside is I'm sure there won't be discounts when they first come out, but I think I can get either a or x-plan since my uncle works for Ford. I've had manuals the past 10 years and now I'm even questioning going to auto as you can get remote start that would be nice in the winter. I'm also not sure about how the auto compares to the manual in 0-60 as I can't find any links to it? I know I would end up doing the basic bolt-ons like tune, CAI, exhaust, headers and drive shaft if I got the six, but I'm starting to question if it would be worth it if I could get a base GT for not much more than a slightly optioned premium V6? Of course I would have to consider the gas mileage decrease, premium fuel and higher insurance premiums of the V8.
