Decided to risk the no front plate option.
Yeah when I installed my CS front bumper I didn't put the plate on, went that way for about a month and a half then got pulled over and got ticket. State trooper, was in a bad mood. So I installed the flip down license plate, and I really like it. Also if I lived in texas I wouldn't mind having the front plate, cause there black. I'm stuck with ugly yellow ones.

This is what our normal plates look like:
I had the Craig's Custom bracket on mine for over a year then one day it slipped down and was flopping around all over the place. I don't know how the plate and bracket didn't chew the bumper up but I didn't see any damage so I must have caught it right after it came loose. I even routinely checked the tightness of the wingnuts...
I made sure the dealer did not put any holes in the bumper, and I have never had a front plate on my '07. One ticket. To me it is "operating cost" (along with the price of premium gas), for driving a nice clean looking Stang.
I just bought the license plate frame from AM. It acutally flips under your car when you don't need it (Car shows, out of state). They had one that even had a remote control.
^^^Good news my man.. Wish I had known about this before I drilled holes in my bumper tho. I saw a red GT500, with the plated mounted on the bottom of the bumper. Man that looked bad a**! Any pics of yours??

Don't mind my sisters old jeep lol
