Boom Tubes
The hell with the neighbors. I have the boomtubes and leave my house at 5:30 am. I get the looks when I drive by but I always make sure I am cruzin slow. I have more people comment on how awesome my car sounds. They definatly worth the noise, plus I dont hear how loud they are from inside the car. I usually get asked what do I have under the hood, I just smile and tell them a lot.
I dont tell them its only the exhaust.

I have Boomtubes (although I'm a V6). They sound nice, but like a few others have said, they give off a fair amount of drone. Not bad with the windows open, but on a GT it's probably worse.
They're not too loud on the outside (for me), but I like em.
What part of MD are you in?

Mine were fine on my '07 GT, sounded good. Then I did 4.10 gears and on the highway 3200rpm at 80mph was pretty loud, with drone at 75mph. it was too loud for long trips in the car, for an hour it was fine, but after that first hour i was thinking i'd like to put the stock exhaust back on. but with stock gears it was awesome, and regular around town sound was great, just got bad with the gears at 75+mph. I didn't do frequent highway speed driving though so I was alright with it.

I've had the Boom Tubes for close to 3 years now. Still LOVE THEM..
For me, no drone... until I got the Hot Rods and the engine is cold, then a little drone at 2,000rpm.. w/o Hot Rods and/or when warm... no drone.
If you keep your foot out of it, they're not bad at all.. You can leave early in the morning. Pass by Johnny Law, etc...
Once you're in the loud peddle at about 3,000 rpm, there's no sweeter music... Every bridge I go under I lay on the throttle just to hear the echo...

Well I went ahead and bought them, but I'm not going to install until Saturday after the stealership is done with my oil change. He told me if I didn't like them, he'd give me my money back so I really do have nothing to lose
Harford County. Not too far from you.
Buddy of mine is working at the casino they're building over there. Looks like it'll be pretty sweet.
Anyway, even though the tubes drone a bit, I still like them. They give a nice rumble when I'm rolling through a parking lot. The welds on mine (used) are pretty sh!tty and have a small bit of rust, so that might be something you should keep an eye on. Not sure if thats on every set.
