Yeah I would definiitly get those vents blacked out. So did the shop say anything about the hood. I been considering a 2in Cowl from Trufiber and I have heard they are pretty good.

Looks great! But I'd definitely paint those hood vents like you said. Chrome on silver is a no go in my opinion. And congrats on the baby! Don't let it spittle in your car seats haha

Wow, that is a great looking hood.

How does it work in the rain or washing the car in regards to water getting into the intake, vents, scoops, etc?

it rained for a good part of the day yesterday and i didnt notice anything irregular, the vents arent above anything that doesnt already get wet when driving in the rain
