Is it idling normally or is it dieseling? If dieseling, you would know it, it would be very rough idle, because the plugs aren't firing, but combustion is still happening. There is still fuel being added (either by oil or leaky injectors). I added seafoam to my car once and it would not shut off, because the seafoam was ignited by hot carbon deposits or just the heat of the combustion chamber.

Runs fine.... Even if I stall it out, all the electrical remains on...... I know what you're saying, but this seems to be electrical now. Just dropped at Ford and YEAAAAA it wouldn't cut off. Back in a fushion loaner

That's great that it wouldn't shut off when you dropped it off... That always seems to be the problem when going in for warranty work... They can't replicate the problem. At least that's not the case today. Hopefully they'll figure it out with a quickness... all things considered.

So how do you wind up shutting it off?
Just keep trying or just till fuel runs out :P

Stall it out to kill the car and disconnect the battery to turn off electrical.

Got it back yesterday...TSB on PCM reflash. Had low voltage code as well; B1318 but no CEL light.

Damn oil guage went from 67% to 9% until change - Strange (just in the three days they had it lol)
