So I took bring it in and talked with the service manager. They took it out back right away and making documentation on it as I type. Showed the rim as well. Don't know what to get comped from them though lol

I'm not 100% sure sure, but the TSB they told me about at the dealership was for the 12/13's. I'm thinking they might have a different type of bushing installed, or just put out a weak batch.

This doesn't surprise me. The quality of Ford technicians matches that of their cars... crappy!

I guess it doesn't end with this car. Couple weeks ago breaks started squeaking, and also felt loud thumps going over speed bumps. So when I got home too take a look underneath I also found the Rear Differential leak from the left side.

So I brought the car in to find out that they don't have any of the parts on hand. They're going to change out the Rear Differential, replace the brake pads (how do you not have these on hand?), and replace both front struts.

On top of that they're going to contact corporate and see what they can compensate me with. At the minimum going to do at least 1 car payment ($561). Maybe I should tell them to throw in a set of the new 2013 Premium rims as well!

I have a 2013 Mustang that I bought two months ago and I have a similar problem since the second week, every time i go over a speed bump i heard a noise.
I took it to the dealer many times until they decided to change the shocks, But is still the noise that bothers me a lot.
I do not know what to do the dealer says it's normal is when the strut reaches its limit and that is why does that sound.
Someone here has the same problem ..?
One of the managers went with me to try the car and said that i drived to fast over the speed bumps which is not true.
Well I hope someone give me some advice. Thanks..!!

I have the same problem with my 2012 GT but you can hear it only if I go over a big speed bump. I was reading other forums and apparently it is often issue and as far as I could research they have to change the LCA's.....my car also has this gut vibration that I can feel in the pedal, seat as described in this thread (https://mustangforums.com/forum/2005...ay-speeds.html) . I went to the dealer today and they told me that the car was okay and that they couldn't find any problem at all.

I just have the car for 2 weeks and I have been in the dealer 3 times already....

I have 4500 miles on my Shelby and I drive it like I stole it every day. It had be fine right up until this morning when I looked under the hood and I noticed the engine broke in half... POS Ford... Ford is the only car company to have issues with new cars, I'd go get a Chevy.

In all seriousness, I'd sue the dealership about the LCAs. Thats ****ed up, how can taht be an accident?
