Why? Because it has 49k miles??? There was a time when domestics weren't worth their price in scrap after 75k miles but 49k is nothing for domestics these days. Financial issues I could understand but not because it has 49k miles. I don't even CONSIDER getting rid of my Toyotas before 200k miles.
