tune and cai
I wanted to get a c&l cai and a bama 91 street tune my car has a magna flow catted x pipe, and Hurst shiftier. I wanted to know how big of a difference it would be if i did it. And does it make your mpg better?
Tunes and CAIs allow you to get the absolute most from your car. On my 09 V6, it really woke her up and unleashed the beast. Do it!
On the MPG front, I gained 3-4 MPG. Most people have the same success that is if you can keep the **** eating grin off your face and your foot out of the radiator. Hard to do with a tuned car!
There are alot of other pros. I found that my throttle response was ten times better

With a decent CAI and good custom tunes, you'll see roughly 20-25 RWHP. Typically, if you keep your foot out of it, you should see equivalent fuel mileage; rarely better. But then, why would you spend about $500-$600 for a mod that might gain 1-2 MPG, tops? The break-even point would take years.
Besides, we bought these cars for the wood they give us, NOT the fuel economy.

Get the Racer CAI and a good tune, you should see close to 315RWHP
