I went the OEM route and ordered mine from:

I then had a local Ford dealership paint it for a cost of around $100. There was no drilling required. It was a pain to get the rear spoiler off. The fish string does not work since the two bolts are close to the edges. The best thing that I found worked was a plastic paint scraper. You just have to be real careful not to scratch the car.
