Unhappy 2007 Convertible Frame BENT! HELP!

I have a 2007 Mustang convertible and the frame for the convertible top is BENT!

Here is the driver's side, it's good:

Here is the passenger's side, it's not good:

2005-2011 All take the same top. I've been calling junk yards for days and NO ONE has a convertible top frame for my car! I really really really don't want to buy an OEM frame. I'd much rather find a used one or even an aftermarket one and I'd rather buy that component vs. a whole frame if that is possible.

Or can I have someone take it out and bend it back into shape? I'm pretty sure it bent because it was way overdue to be lubricated... like, it bent when I was opening it up.

Overdue to be lubricated? What?

I've had my vert since 07, and never had that issue, or heard about it. Also, that steel is decently thick, it can't just bend like that. You sure its not just disconnected on the mounting side, or came out where it connects to the top?

It's still attached (firmly) at both ends. It's very bent. From the outside it looks like someone was body slammed onto the rear corner on that side. The top cross-bar itself isn't bent, just that arm there. Honestly, I have no idea why it bent. I was trying to put the top up and it acted like it was stuck, then it gave on that side. the other side acted fine though.

Is it possible that the car could have been vandalized? Maybe some big drunk dude slammed into the side of the top one night, and you didn't notice it?

If so, then it could be an insurance issue.

Top gets bent due to low fluid in pump. One ram has fluid, one does not. Also manually trying to force down will bend it.
