GT -> GT500

I see what you mean.. tiny rear windows. I guess they went more for aesthetic and less functionality, but hey, it is a sports car. But with all that $ you have i'm surprised you didnt slap a supercharger on there
But, I can't think of anything that compares to the GT500 in terms of daily functionality and raw power. I.E. the corvette ZR1 would be a bitch to get in and out of, especially in tight parking spaces. Surprised you didn't consider a used GT-R, though

Not really, just because they're both flagship cars doesn't mean they can compare the same to the companies other cars. The LFA goes for 375,000 (base) while the GT-R goes for 96,000 and compared to Nismo 370z's 41k price tag.

Congratulations.
Sold my 07GT which was an absolute blast and took advantage of all the 2013 lust and found a nice deal on a loaded 2012 with 3019 miles. Still getting acclimated to the car but am loving it so far.

Update your sig brotha! Be proud! I like to ask this, but how does a blown 4.6L compare to your new 5.0 N/A...? In terms of which was more fun to drive. The sound of a blower is intoxicating

As far as your question goes, my s/c 4.6 was the funnest car I've ever driven and I'm on my way in making the Shelby the same. Currently, my GT500 is totally stock, the initial punch is nowhere near as "violent" as the GT but when the rpm's and boost goes up, the seats have their work cut out for them, as do the tires.
A tune, pulley, air filter, and some noise, and the Shelby should really wake up and be really fun as it approaches the 600rwhp mark. But right now, it's too quiet and smooth.

You're right, I need to work on my photobucket and quit trolling for mods.

Congrats bro!! Can't wait to see pictures of an all black '13 GT500
GTR's aren't (relatively) fun to drive. I'd take a '13 GT500 over a GTR any day of the week.
This 13 500 should be a keeper for sure.. talk about low-end grunt!!
