Default Cams Installed

I am all but done with the cam install on my v6 to v8 swap, the cams themselves are in, but I can't shut the door on the install since I have to wait for the new bolts to show up. I took a few photos of them, it was extremely easy doing this with the motor being out of the car. The first 3 are pics of the stock cams and the last is the picture of the comp cam 127200. Since the motor was on a stand it will simple to do and I could rotate the heads so they would be straight up and I wouldn't have to worry about a rocker falling off.

Looks good! You have phaser bolts on order I am guessing? Let me know when you rotate them and make sure they're good to go!

Sounds good. I bet the install was a piece of cake with the heads off.

edit: I'm not sure if they're actually out, but the engine being out has to make it easier.

The heads were attached when I did it, the passenger side cam took me about 30 mins to do and the driver's side was about 45 mins.

I'm so envious!
My car is in the middle of this same thing... just a little further behind. Lol

Congrats.
