Default Roush Short throw Shifter= WOW!!

I just got my roush short throw in, and wow it is amazing to shift now, way better. Another plus is I used the billet shift arm and white ball, so now my arm doesnt rub on stuff I have in the cup holders!! I did it in my garage, with jack and jack stands. I have a two piece drive shaft that i had to drop to get it out. All and all it only took me about an hour.

Looks great! What factors did you use to decide that you wanted the Roush over the Steeda/MGW/Hurst offerings?

Well actully I bought the roush shift arm first and didnt read that I need to install a short shifter to use it. So since I already had the roush arm I got the roush because all the hurst ones came with shift arms. Plus it looks like it is built stronger. I love the way it shifts now.

Looks good. Identical looking to my hurst short throw. Being able to shift faster is well worth it

Love the Roush shifter, but I'm biased. Congrats!

Glad you like the shifter!

I still say after driving almost every short throw there is on the market, that
MGW makes the BEST by FAR.

It is SILENT and shifts like butter. IMPOSSIBLE to get the dreaded 2-3rd gear
miss that can sometimes catch you with other shifters unless you are shifting with your legs lol.
And I love how adjustable it is. The adjustabilty and in how many areas you can adjust it is just SO COOL. You cant tailor it JUST for you.
From how FAR you can make the shifter short or long, to how high or low you want the shifter to sit from the leather cover, and more.
It is SO AWESOME!

Nothing compares to MGW in my opinion.
And there isn't anyone even in their league if you ask me and MANY others.
