Default Question about JLT SCT Tune

I have a 2007 Mustang GT:

Mods: JLT Big air, SCT Tuned, Header

I no longer have the tuner and need to replace the JLT with my stock intake. Will the car still run and drive fine with this tune loaded and the stock intake?

It'll need a stock, or stock airbox tune for sure. You'd either need to buy a new tuner and a tune for the configuration, or have a dealer put the stock box on and reflash the ECU to a stock tune...
