How much air is in your tires? PSI?

I have the OEM Pirelli 235/55ZR17, for which 32 psi is recommended. I check with a dial gauge on a monthly basis, but don't like to bother adjusting the pressure that often. When I add air, I inflate all tires to 35 psi. They all lose about 1 psi per month, so when the pressure gets down to 32-33 psi, I add air. If I'm going to travel on a winding back road, I sometimes inflate to 32 psi because the car seems to handle better.
BTW, there might be something beneficial about nitrogen. My neighbor, who is not interested in cars, has nitrogen in his tires. I check the pressure for him occasionally, and they rarely need inflating.

FYI: Max pressure stated on the tire sidewall is NOT an operating pressure. Even the tire manufacturers state to inflate to the car manufacturers recommended inflation listed on the door frame placard.

20's.. Cooper RS3 tires. 275/35Z
I am definately a fan of 32psi. When I had my tires Road Force balanced, the guy filled them to 40psi. On the drive home I felt like I was floating. That is NOT... a good feeling to have while going 65..lol So I dropped them to 32 all around. The low tire pressure light comes on for about 10 seconds every time I start my car now though.

I'm going to follow in your footsteps...I'm sitting at 38-40 now, gonna give 32 a shot.
I've called several shops, and they're asking $20 PER TIRE a fill for Nitro...lol unbelievable.
I'll stick w/ my gas stations, even if it means more frequent stops to fill up air.
