i have a white 06 mustang and looking for new rims, i cant decide weather to do black rims or even white rims. do yall think white would b too jdm? lemme know your thoughts please and please post pictures if you have any! appreciate it!

 

I personally love white on white action! I had a white s14 240sx with white volk's and it looked ****, but it very well may look like it's from the land of the rising sun... Do a search for the white saleens.

Also consider black with a white lip...

 

Black is over-played, IMHO.

White is risky, but if your car is super clean and you keep your wheels the same, it could end up looking great. Maybe try some white plasti-dip to get an idea of how it looks.

 

Black on white looks nice, but I have to agree, it is over used. White on white, not sure, depends on what else you do with your car and what the actual wheels look like, otherwise it might not pop out enough.

 

All black? Hell, no. Black with chrome trim, a definite maybe. All white will depend on if there's anything WITH the white to bring your eyes to the wheels.

 

Personally, I am not a fan of black on white cars (for the most part)...I think arithracite or chrome look 100x's better! Also, depends on the overall theme you're going for. My '06 looks great with the black rims, I get compliments all the time from people saying, "I don't usually like black rims, but somehow this looks amazing." or the like. Pick a path, walk it and mod it!

 

White on white if done properly will look great
I had chrome,all black and white on my f150 and white was the best choice.

 

I'm a big fan of gunmetal grey or brushed aluminum wheels

 

i have my brake calipers painted red, would tht look werid on the white rims?

 

I think black rims on a white mustang can look awesome...with the right rim!
