Wheel screw broke off
One of the screws that ties together the rim to the rotor and the rest of the wheel broke off, im not talking about the chrome cap, im talking about the actual screw, how can i fix this or how much can i expect to pay to get it repaired.
not an actual picture, but it shall help me illustrate you
its chopped of clean, i dont see a way to take it out ocnventionally

So you know it's called a wheel stud. And they pop right out with a solid whack of a heavy mallet.
Theres a couple ways you could do this. Pull the caliper (you don't have to disconnect the break lines) and the rotor off. If enough of the stud is sticking out that you can safely pop it out without damaging the axle, do that. If not get a flat headed punch slightly smaller than the stud and carefully pop it out. Buy a new stud and replace/re-seat it. I prefer to do so with an electric impact gun, washer and an open ended lug nut.
Just take your time.

You can go to harbor freight and for about $20 bucks pick up a stud removal tool or check out your local auto parts store for a similar tool. The proper tool will look like a 'C' clamp. But the normally solid top (non rotating part) will have an open circle so as not to interfere with the stud getting pushed out.
The one I used is this one. Same concept. More leverage but you may not have enough clearance. I used this one to remove an exhaust stud that broke on my wifes truck when I replaced her oil pan gasket.

You will need to take off the wheel and rotor to have full access to the axle hub where the stud is located.
I would not recommend pounding the old one out as you could damage the hub bearing.

It's called a wheel stud. You can get the correct one at your local auto parts store I'm sure. You can even install it yourself with a nut that fits and some washers, it will pull the stud into place.
You can bang the old stud out using your imagination.

I replaced a bunch of mine cause too many tire swaps at the track and cheap lugs had damage them. I sprayed pb blaster from behind and hammered them out. Did it with the brakes on. Bought them from Brenspeed. Its very easy to do.
