Fuse question

Fuse question
2007 Mustang GT here.
All my exterior lights are functioning properly. But when i brake, only the left side brake lights get brighter. Also when I turn on my right turn indicator the sound clicks really quickly.
I think this is a fuse issue. Any idea which fuse this is, and how I replace it?

You have a bulb/filament out on the right side. Go ahead and replace both sides since your car is 5 years old and the bulbs typically come 2 to a pack.
Then if you still have issues, then check the fuses. Which one? Your owner's manual is the easiest way to find out.

If you have the stock brake light harness (non-sequential) then remember that only the outer 2 bulbs on each side light up during braking and the inner most is only illuminated when your running lights are on.
An easy way to check your actual brake lights if you don't have a second person is to back up to the auto parts store that sells the bulbs and use the glass of the store to be a sort of mirror...

Fast click on one side is the indication you have a burnt bulb/filament on that side. It's been an automotive standard for decades.
It's unusual (coincidence) but it sounds like both of your right side brake light filaments are burnt out. Like BigDinTexas pointed out, our brake lights are multifilament (two filaments) so it is entirely possible for one filament to burn out and not affect the other one.
In the case of the stang (and most domestics) the braking filament also serve as turn signal indicators for the rear.
