2002 Mustang 3.8 where is 175 amp fuse

2002 Mustang 3.8 where is 175 amp fuse
A wired from started arced and now no power anywhere. The ford dealership mechanics said they thought I blew the 173 amp fuse located at or around the fuse box under the hood. I haven't been able to find it. Please help
