I'm not terribly surprised by your numbers. The torque does seem low, but not unreasonably so. HP climbs all the way to redline, and torque isn't too peaky. Your dyno results enforce my belief that the 4.6L breathes pretty darn good from the factory and anything beyond the most basic bolt-ons for N/A reach diminishing returns quickly. Things like intake manifold, TB, and heads don't really increase the volume of air you are taking into the cylindiers all that much, they mostly decrease the intake velocity at low engine speeds so you kill the low end torque. I suspect that you could go back to the stock injectors and re-tune for better results. You aren't drawing in enough air to justify bigger injectors.

I had a similar reaction when I had the heads intalled on my car. I would like to add the intake manifold and TB to open up the top end a bit more, but I'm not willing to sacrifice any more low end to do it. Probably best to save those mods for F/I or built motor.

Well I got 4.10's and alum. drive. and those really help the low end out and allow me to get up top much quicker. The results of the dyno justify the reasoning in my head to save up for that supercharger even more.

Did you get the F/I version of the cams?

Saving for F/I is AWLAYS going to be best bang for the buck!

Unfortunately no I am running the same cams as you, saving up for a charger wouldn't take me long to do, as long as I don't hit any financial burdens. I would like to be able to get the car right around the 420rwtq mark and I would be content.
