Latest update: I took the car to the nearest Ford dealership and showed them the crease in the dash and while they were preparing to take pictures to forward to Ford I checked out a 2013 black Laguna Seca edition Boss 302 and wouldn't you know? Same exact crease in the same exact spot and I took a picture of it.

So, I told the service guy cancel the order cause if this is a fairly common occurence then it just adds character and there's nothing to fix. Saw another 2013 GT Premium with a brushed aluminum dash and same thing in the same place with it too. Thanks anyhow Crystal and everyone else!
