i'm adding a line out converter and amp to the stock stereo. as far as running the wiring from the amp to the front door speakers, i was wondering has anyone spliced/tied into the speaker wire already running through the door as opposed to running new wiring through the door? i've previously replaced the door speakers and seems as though it would be much easier to run the wiring from the amp to kick panel area and cut the wire from the stock stereo and splice into it.
