Default Navigation System Error

Hi All...have a 2008 GT, Shaker 500 with the navigation system. When starting the navigation, I receive an error stating that there may be a hardware error, consult your dealer. The navigation seems to work, but occasionally it will slip by a few miles on my exact location. I can manually calibrate it and tweak it back in, will work fine for a while then do the same thing again. In the top left corner of the GPS screen is GPS, with the ghostbusters circle/line through it. When i go to the system diags, it states that it doesn't see any satellites.

So, I'm guessing the antenna is either disconnected or otherwise broken. Does anyone know specifically where this cable runs, where it plugs in, where I should check for this, etc? Or any other suggestions anyone has seen with similar issues? Thank you!

Hi, billybobed -

It sounds like something is blocking the GPS module. I recommend scheduling an appointment with your dealership for a diagnosis.
