2012 GT 2nd gear clunks

Is this clunk different than the grinding on the 1-2 shift when it's cold? That has recently developed (prior to this cold snap) on my '12 GT.

I did some testing and I think that the stupid skip shift may be causing the issue. Im gonna disable it with when I change my oil in a week or two. If that doesnt fix the issue I will take the car in to get it looked at, I have take it in to get my yearly inspection done anyways soon. Thanks for the response guys!
