Default Door Panel Question

Hey guys,

Well it is now 2013 and my car is from 2006. I guess the plastic things are starting to get loose in the cabin.

I have a ratte in my door. I figured it out that it is the small panel inside the door area. So if you were to grab the handle from inside the car, then extend your fingers you would hit the panel I am referring too. I can literately shift the panel back and forth. Does anyone know of a way to stop this rattle?

Thanks.

Its below the door opener. Its behind the handle. Where you would grab to close the door once your in.

I took that small panel you are referring to off, put a decent amount of foam between the panel and the door panel and put the panel back on. Don't put too much to where you can't get the panel to go on right but get enough so it will stop moving so freely. Worked for me.

To do what I suggested simply requires you to remove "item 8" in this diagram. (I thought that's the piece you two were referring to) Anyway, here's a link to some instructions on how to remove the door panel completely.
