Those appear to be Stance SC-5's, not our CV3's. The blacked out look does look pretty sharp though, very mean looking.

We're not saying it ruins the wheels as a means of destruction, just baffled at the fact that someone that has spent so much on their car resorted to plastidip as a replacement for paint/powdercoating.

Thanks for the feed back guys. I can always take them off whenever i feel like it. I just wanted to make it look different for a while without the commitment. And yeah they are the stance sc5.

Don't get me wrong, that is one sexy ride OP! Absolutely gorgeous! The wheels look good but I personally would have the scoops painted.

No problem bro and thanks for the compliment. The scoops are painted black. I just wanted to see how it would look like with matte black instead of the factory color. I like plasti dip it gives me an idea on how my car will look like with different color mix without regret.

Oh good! I thought you purchased the part, plastidipped it and put it on, lol...the scoops that is! It is a cheap way to see if you want something to change without having any permanent issues. Wheels, yes. Scoops, no

I dont think it looks that bad. I like the off setting blacks (glossy vs mattee). Those would not be my choice in 1/4 panel scoops but to each their own.

No, its just ugly. I've had plenty of experience with it. Putting gutter-leak repair on my car isn't something that strikes my fancy. It streaks. It's rubber. It feels terrible. It looks terrible in the sun. It doesn't have the sheen a real matte paint job or wrap has. I could go on for hours.

Having said that, it is a good product for testing to see if you like something a certain color/finish.

I like it better without the dip. Not that it looks bad though. I really couldn't see myself Plastidipping ANYTHING on a GT500, nor on some expensive wheels, but it's your car. Enjoy!
