... and besides, a dealer can't void your warranty unless he can prove that the mod caused the problem. But dealers count on people wearing skirts and panties so they can intimidate them.

It's really up to the dealer. Some dealers will look for your car to be flashed from stock and "get out" of you using your warranty. Dealers will know if you flash your car though.

Also, if you return your car back to stock, you will have to re-install the stock airbox. Unless, the CAI is a (no tune required), then you don't have to worry about it. My Airaid CAI does not require a tune and I don't have to re-install the stock airbox. However without the custom tune, the performace gain is minimal. The custom tune generates most of the performance gain!
