Cool 2013 Mustang GT mods

So guys, its time to add somr bolt-ons.
I know I want the Borla S-Type catback, eventually with the XR1 headers.
For now though, I'm detbating on a short shifter and intake.
Steeda tri-axe with a running pony **** vs Hurst Billet Pro 2?
Airaid vs Airaid carbon fiber vs JLT carbon fiber? Is there a huge difference between ABS plastic and carbon fiber or do they both keep air cold just as well?

And last but not least, appearance mods;
I rock black on black leather (401a cashmere) right now and know I will end up with the AR Nova wheels (machined face or matte black?) and Black Mamba hood. Should I do a carbon fiber hood or would that only look good on a white mustang? I suppose that pretty much rules out matte black accents too unless I do stripes :/ but maybe satin stripes over matte black? Now I have the rear end as well as the bezel accents, chrome, gloss black, matte black. If I have aluminum wheels, should I ditch the chrome and matte black and just stay with gloss black?

Thanks for the help everyone - very indecisive right now. When it comes to Sally, I'm very OCD.

Sorry for the double post - but I waxed with Meguairs Black Wax and then did a layer of Gold Class Carnauba Plus over it. Will be trying black wax, NXT 2.0, then the GC CP next. I'll post a new thread on them once I'm done. Let me know if I should switch the order on the layers.

Look into the MGW shifter, it is more expensive then the rest of them but well worth it. I am pretty sure they have them for the MT82.

Tune and intake would be the first route to go, grab some more oomph at lower rpms! Then grab yourself an axle back and start saving for headers and a midpipe. MGW and Barton make extremely high quality shifters and though pricier, you get what you pay for. I'd say chill on the wheel selection for now because those brembos look great, especially on black!

Get "cold" out of your mind. The Cold in Cold Air Intake is meaningless on our street/modded S197's.

Consider the Roush shifter. Love mine.

I'd sooner go with a Barton, Ford Racing or MGW shifter, and the carbon fiber has no benefit, and the JLT has the worst MAF signal, I'd stay away from it.

No matter what I do, I can't get my JLT intake'd GT to work with a Cam tune w/out stalling.

Nice '13 GT! These cars are awesome right from the factory, but hey anything can be improved.

As far as shifter go, definitely check out Barton short throw with a two-post shifter bracket. This shifter combo is about as good as they come! The two-post shifter bracket will prevent any gear lock outs and give you more confidence during those hard 2-3 shifts.
