as the title suggests i need help i was driving down the highway 100 mph in my 2005 mustang and all of a sudden i hear sounds from the engine with white smoke trailing my car and engine oil everywhere all the engine oil leaked and sprayed all over next to the dipstick and the airfilter and all on the bottom of the car theres a hose or pipe which was gong from the engine to the air filter which was detached and smoke coming out of it ,now my engine wont start like it wont turn over no cracking sound so the battery is good but it doesnt crank or anything and makes no sounds at all, now do i need a new engine or is this fixable and if i need a engine where can i get one please reply thank you

 

what gear were you in when the engine blew? were you at full throttle?

no mods on the engine just a magnaflow cat back exhaust

 

oh yeah and my dipstick is stuck its wont come out

 

Not familiar with new motors but hope mine don't go out that easy. Last two I had was 85 first year of HO and 89 notchback both 5.0s and thought to be bullet proof. I would think maybe oil cooler line or something not whole motor. Good luck

Regardless from what I can gather from that terrible paragraph it sounds like you popped the motor.
