I agree completely, hence the mods. Some ppl like the big body kits and scoops/louvers, etc.. just not me. Although when I do think about it there are quite a few exterior visual mods.

Silver Horse honecomb lower grille insert
Agent 47 brake scoops
black turn signals
Factory HID headlights
Roush Splitter
Shorty antenna
Agent 47 mirrors

I'm on a roll! Plasti-dipped the trunk lid, didnt come out right (one weird spot with bubbles, and it tore along where I taped it) so I'll have to peel it. But what say you? Don't like it at all, like it flat black, or go black but gloss? (the tail lights are on FYI). Also, blackout the faux gas cap or leave it chrome?

I really like the look of the 2010 splitter on the CS front end. Was it a lot of cutting and fitting to get it on right? I know it was with mine.

No real cutting, just drilled some holes

Took me longest to decide how deep to mount it.. you'll see its a tad short near wheel wells but if I flushed that then the front some areas did not protrude. I used double sided tape and nuts/bolts.. didnt take instal pics, not the prettiest underneath basically put bolts where I could see the splitter & bumper cover overlapped. The hardest one was getting one dead center in that little step up on the lip. I ended up using hole saw to create a hole to get my finger in to put nut on the bolt.

Yeah, but your exterior modifications aren't drastic ones that change the overall look of the S197's body, they are just subtle improvements that make it complete. That's how I approach my GT when I do modifications.
