if you really want over 1000 whp then swap in a 2jz(Toyota supra motor) with a single turbo set up. there are several of these inmy area with well over 1000 rwhp.
but as far as the 4.6liter holding up to 1000 plus, it aint happening

K&N and some mufflers huh? If you think that's gonna get you 500 ponies, you're retarded. I'll stick to the 4v cobra motor and the twins, seems like a better idea. Anybody got some liknks to where I can get one? Hasn't there been a lot done with the 4.6 though? i thought I remembered readin something about it. I'm buildin this car for racing, mainly bracket racing, but keepin it as a partial daily driver.

Besides the K&N filter and the new mufflers ( which will get your 500 rwhp easy ) get a delete plate and a throttle body spacer. Those 4 mods, 1000 rwhp easy.
Don't forget the stickers, lots of stickers on the car help too.
