Earlier this month I took my car into the Local dealership for work on what appeared to be a missing wiring harness from the factory. After running me around bushes for a little over an hour I left. Two days ago received a call asking if I could bring my car in today for a look over again. The woman who was doing the work came out, Inspected the car, and immediately told me that she would personally fix it today, as well as replaced a Tire that had a slash in the sidewall, free of charge. I can't speak for the entire dealership, But at least some people still care about the Patron!

 

Must have been a bad day for them. They'll make up for the good customer service.

Oops. That sounds awfully like sarcasm...

Glad they finally did the right thing.

 

Yeah so am I, they ended up not having the parts in stock...after keeping my car all day -.-, But assured me that they would call me back as soon as the parts arrived....crossing fingers they aren't trying to mess with me again.
