Yeah you should hear the fuel pump cycle with every turn of the key from off to run position.

 

Hey i just wanted to put out here what was the actual problem. the Fuel pump control wire (ground) and the Fuel pump power wire come from the fpdm to the fp were borken/torn/messed up. replaced those wires and everything is fine
