Could MSD Coil packs cause this?

MSD is great for old school (Cap and rotor) designs but for COP (Coil on plug) systems they seem to flake out (as do all other aftermarket coil setups).

This is also true of the OEM TB vs aftermarket TB's If you want to upgrade your TB go with a GT500 TB or Port/polish yours.

I sent the MSD COPs back, I did like the way they the performed.. I still my go with the MSD setup cause my lean condition was not the problem anyway.

The MSD's do work great...until they quit. I just wouldn't want anything deciding to quit on me all of a sudden during a WOT pass under full boost. Might not be pretty.

Well, it turns out my O2 sensor for my wide band AFR gauge was bad. Replaced it and now all is good in AFR land. So, it was not the MSD coils doing this. I'm going to stick with the OEM's for now until they have issues.
