Default Warranty coverage?

I just dropped my 13 GT/CS off at the steelership to check out the steering. The problem is either belts separating or the alignment.
What should I expect from them as far as the warranty fixing the problem? The car has 23000 miles on it.

If the dealer is good, they should evaluate the problem and determine if it is a warranty issue. From there, you pay or they pay.... Ford corporate actually makes the decision on warranty items, dealers are really hard pressed to change their mind.

If they are a bad dealership....you may be asked to pay for everything...

I find the proper approach and attitude makes a big difference from the start.

IIRC the tires carry a separate warranty. The info should be in your owners manual.

The tires are covered only if you paid for that warranty. IIRC.

Is the car lowered? If it is, then there could be issues with the alignment and/or toe-in
It could also be the crappy OEM Pirelli P-Zero Neors. One of our members had a bad set and was able to escalate it and get them replaced by Pirelli.

Your post lacks enough information for any of us to make a concrete guess as to whats wrong to give you an expectation, but as previously mentioned...best to be upfront and honest with the dealership and they will most likely work with you

My car is lowered and I just had to have my front control arms and bushing replaced. The dealership at first said it most likely won't because it's lowered. I told them it was warrantied because the issue I had would of not been effected by lowering they kinda chuckled and then talked to Ford and guess what it was warrantied.

+1 on not enough info. Symptoms?

If it's alignment, then the dealership will most likely tell you that's not covered, nor would I expect it to be. Some dealerships may be willing to do it free-of-charge for the sake of providing good customer service. I find the split to be about 65% azzholes/35% good guyz.
