Putting in stainless steel break lines does the same as replacing the ****ty factory clutch line. Takes the restrictive and heat exposed like and upgrades it to one that will not shrink or expand with exposure to heat and cold and allow for better flow of brake fluid to the calipers. Aka better breaking without buying a big brake kit.
First time I've seen plasti-dip used on a car that I feel was an improvement. I too hate the stock CS wheels. When we were looking for a vert for my wife, we took a pass on a sweet ride because it had everything...including those crap wheels. I told my wife there's no way I'd do that car because I really really really hate those wheels.
Interestingly enough, they look much better full black plasti-dip. I also agree thats a temporary measure until you get a different set of wheels.
Definitely looks better than stock!
I helped plasti-dip my buddies wheels black and painted his calipers red as well.
His Mustang is torch red and the red calipers really popped behind the wheels.
