Clunking Suspension When Cold

Clunking Suspension When Cold
I have a 2012 5.0 with about 26k miles on it. Ever since it had about 10k I noticed a slight clunking in the front suspension when the car was cold in the morning over sewer lids/minor bumps. It slowly has gotten worse since then.
Left it sit for a few weeks as its below freezing now and Im taking the LS around. Its so noticeable now it sounds like the sway bar is disconnected or like a minivan with 200k miles on the original struts.
The drivers side is the worst, even if the passenger side takes a bumper the drivers side clunks. Once the car is about halfway warm it goes away mostly but its still there.
I do have a groaning in the front right wheel but the wheel is tight.
Had my A Arms replaced at about 8k because of a popping noise that I feel very strongly through the body of the entire car but that didnt do anything.
Anyone come across this before or is there a TSB for possible the struts or something?
