Default 2007 Roush to good to be true?

Hey everyone so I stumbled across this 2007 Roush Mustang that I'm almost 90% positive that something is wrong with the car. But I wanted everyone's opinion.

It looks amazing in pictures but I know just as well as anyone that what is in the pictures may not be what it is when you actually go to see it. Especially when it comes to mechanics. But for the price I really want to know if it's even worth checking out. Because with only 41k miles for $11,990, I want to make sure of everything before I move on and forget about this lol.

Yea absolutely. I emailed them to see if they can send me one. I don't have a carfax "membership" so and you can't view it on there website without one. So I'm going to see if they will send me one.

It looks like a non supercharged V8. A 4.6. Do they make that in a 6 speed as stated?

Car is a rebuild unit. It came up for auction in June/July 2013, in NC. Google the serial number, and it pops right up as a salvage unit. No telling how bad it was torn up. I'm sure that Carfax will show it as a Salvage title, as google does.
