Default Need Help Identifying Mustang

This mustang looks like a 2006 Saleen on the exterior, it has the lights and bumper, but the interior looks like a standard mustang. Any ideas?

Looks to me like you say. There is no indication of Saleen on the interior....just a body kit it appears. They don't mention Saleen in the add either....unless I missed it.... Engine looks stock too. Seems a bit high for the mileage though.

What would you say is a fair price? It is a GT, and I love the looks of it

I would think more around $8500-$9000.

If you google 2006 saleen interior, it will give you picture of a true saleen interior.

The brakes are a dead giveaway. They are the OEM 2 piston slide type calipers.... so NOT a SALEEN. They Used the 6 piston Brembos.

The engine bay also looks to be a regular Mustang GT. Saleen would not have left the "Powered by Ford" marked intake cover. From what I've seen they would've removed it in favor of the naked intake or replaced it with one of their own.

Not necessarily; the n/a Saleen cars had original Ford brakes on them unless you got the brake upgrade.

OP, as stated before this is a stock GT with the Saleen body kit. It appears to have been done very nicely and the interior looks good also for as many miles this car has. I would agree that the $8-9 K would be a good price range.

I always thought this only applied to pre-s197 Mustangs. Still...it looks good.

The stock steering wheel emblem gives it away as not a Saleen. All Saleen models got the "S" logo on the steering wheel
