It's all the way up on 10 that's where jpc left it

This most be the reason why the check engine let keeps coming on with these codes

full throttle in nuetral, no, that's not a good idea. Do you have an aeroforce interceptor gauge so you can see the actual fuel trims?
I'm not a fan of the BAP, too many people have had problems and it's going to shorten your fuel pumps life.
so how does the car run at WOT? I'd still pull the spark plugs and if you have aftermarket COPS, that those off to rule them out.

That doesn't sound normal. I think it should stumble some, but not that much. You could possibly simulate WOT by pulling the vacuum line off the fpr and the pressure should go up. Make sure that vacuum line is dry inside. I know on a motorcycle, if their is fuel in that line then the fpr is kaput.
