Hi 1slov6stanguncc,

I recommend you bring it in to your Ford Dealer and get it checked as soon as possible. Also, let me get this escalated to the customer service manager for you area. Please, PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number so I can help.

Deysha

Not to point out the obvious....

But surely your car is still under warranty, yes?

I think that would be covered only under the 3/36 bumper-to-bumper warranty, so if he's piled on the miles it could conceivably be out of warranty already.

but as Deysha said, that's something that needs to be addressed at the dealer.

Try disconnecting the battery. It will reboot the computer. It might reset the gages.

Disconnecting the battery for 10-15 minutes usually resets all of them. As well as drains residual power from capacitors.

"Piling on" would be the understatement of the year for a 2013...but is quite possible as you noted.
