looking for info i have 08 gt with factory hid headlights
one of the lamps mounting brkts broken
was wanting to swap headlamps with a\m headlamp
but i"m being told you can not do that because of the factory hid
has any one try this

 

Don't think they'll work due to the HID bulbs being larger thank standard halogen bulbs. Normally you'd just have to switch the bulb size, not sure if you can do that while running OEM HID.

 

Your post is hard to understand. The Headlight bulb mount is broken or the headlight assembly mount is broken?
