Question Possible transmission problem?

Ive noticed that when i make turns and shift into 3rd after i made the turn something seems to rattle when taking off, anyone know what this means? Or how It could be fixed? IT only happens when going from neutral to 3rd (when making turns). It just recently started doing this.

Hi X,

What RPM are you shifting into third at? It might be just bogging a little bit. Any modifications or repairs done just before this started to happen?

I know with my new 4.10's & T-5 I CAN shift into 4th at as low as 20 MPH but she does rattle a bit more as the RPMS come up. If I wait till 25 it's pretty smooth.

Is it at a specific RPM range? I had a rattle in the exhaust system at about 1200 RPM once. And why are you shifting from neutral into 3rd when turning?

There's a TSB for a rattling separator plate but it could also be many other things.
