Replaced the stepper motors following the guides available but now I have no indicator lamps other than airbag and security, no gauges, turn signals work but no indicators. I have changed the fuse for the dash out with a known good one and checked the rest. I've also disconnected the battery for an hour or so trying to reset everything

I didn't have any problems during the stepper motor fix, it went very smoothly. Could the board be dead? Could the motors be duds?

Check the fuses in the box behind the passenger side footwell kick panel. There is a fuse that controls the dash, can't think of which number it is but it should be listed in your owner manual.

how are you checking power? are you checking at the plug to the cluster?
you may be getting power to the board and the board could be dead.

The boards are really sensitive. just leaving the soldering iron on the board for a half a second too long could cause a board fail.
