light bulb issue
i was out driving my car today and left blinker began to hyper flash, indicating the light was going to go out soon, so i stopped and got new bulbs for the front and rear blinker. After i had put the new bulbs in, they still proceeded to hyper flash. I was wondering if anyone could help at all with this problem. Thank you
If the light is hyper flashing, that means a bulb is already out on that side. Did you happen to take note exactly which bulb it was before just replacing them?
Our stangs have one front bulb and two rear ones that blink. I. The rear it's the two outer bulbs. Are all three bulbs blinking?

I had a 2007 Crown Vic at work that would do this too me with turn signal blubs that were still functioning. It would do it for a week, stop for 4 months, do it for a couple days, stop for a week, etc., etc...
Maybe a wonky relay?

I've had this happen as well with bulbs that were still functioning. Sometimes the culprit is a bad connection or dirty contacts. Try using a pencil eraser on the electrical contacts on the bulb and check the connector on the wiring harness to see if it has some crud in it.
Hyper flash is usually caused by too much current going to the flasher relay. This causes the flashing mechanism to heat up too quickly and to open/close/open/close.....etc. to fast.
Common reasons of too much current going to the flasher include a burned out bulb, a ground wire that's not grounding anymore, an LED replacing an incandescent bulb without installing a compensating resistor, etc...
Hope that helps..
