I have just recently (couple few weeks ago) purchased a '10 Mustang Prem GT, Grabber Blue, 5-spd, .... & have few questions am hoping may be able to be answered here:
#1-is there any way to find how many were manufactured in this color? & also, #2-I've been looking at several possible "bolt-ons", why is the '10 NEARLY ALWAYS listed separately ('05~'09, '10, '11~'14)?
Thank you in advance for any / all information.
Sharp looking car! Good luck with it. In reponse to your 2nd question, the 2010 was kind of a unique year. It had the body style of the 2011-2012 but the engine of the 2005-09 (4.6 L vs 5.0L for 2011-12). As for your first question I have seen a data base of the info you're looking for but can't remember where I saw it. Try googling and see what you come up with. In the meanwhile if I find it I'll let you know.

To answer your question, as stated above the 2010 was a transition year for the mustang in which the body moved to the next generation but the drivetrain did not!
Therefore, most motor, cooling, exhaust components from the 2005-2009 parts will work, but the exterior and interior styling parts are for the 2011-2012!
It's a tad confusing but definitely unique!
Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.
I thank you, & that's what I was kinda thinking. As for the color question, it's just a curiosity as I've seen very few, but not really important to me.

"loud" colors like Grabber Blue and Gotta Have It Green are usually left to customer special orders. Dealers don't want to order them for floorplan stock because they're worried nobody will want a car in those colors, and they'll sit on the lot forever.
