BMR makes great stuff. There are 2 versions of the BMR box tubing arms - get the cheaper priced version of the two - BMR even recommends the choice. Personally, I have Steeda Billets, but that's only for the "bling" factor
I called bmr and kelly did recommend the cheaper of the two LCAs. If your lowered get the relo brackets too. They make a huge difference.
I used J&M extreme lowers because of the spherical joint on the axle side. It helps with articulation and prevents binding. I am lowered and also used relocation brackets. I've been happy with my set-up.
The UPR LCAs are strong, light, and they work very well. We run these on our daily drivers, but we also have racers running 8s in the quarter mile on them. Our Energy Suspension polyurethane bushing setup is very well designed, and will not eject the bushings the way some arms do.
